**Responsibilities**:

- Shape the future direction of the organisation in partnership with the leadership team
- Formulate company strategies along with the Co-founders and senior management team and assist in the implementation of the same
- Start with managing the customer success vertical, devise strategies to deliver the best value to the customers and ensure mínimal churn
- Program management of key strategic initiatives - starting with (but not limited to) delivering the promised values to the customers, focusing on the retention and upsell, achieving the NPS & CSAT targets
- Ensure that the key accounts are handled with the right strategy and provided with the maximum ROI
- Support the founders to execute the key projects and manage the end-to-end execution of the same
- Support the productivity of leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda and Coordinating with Cross-Functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time

**Requirements**:

- Graduates from IITs/IIMs/Tier-1 with 5-8 years of experience in business analytics, and strategy roles
- Should have a strong flair for numbers, Reporting practices/methodologies etc.
- Should be knowledgeable about budgets, forecasts/projections, margin analysis etc
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; Problem solver and self-starter (critical thinking is key)
- Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple objectives simultaneously
- Should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment.
- Should have the capability to handle ambiguity
- High Level of attention to detail, Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good to have : Strong understanding of B2B and SaaS Industry, Experience in managing customers and customer data, Background in consulting
