Admission Counselor Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Admission Counselor to assist prospective parents and students in navigating our CBSE school's admission process.Main Responsibilities:Cultivate relationships with parents and students through effective communication, including phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and online interactions.Provide expert guidance on curriculum, school facilities, teaching methodologies, and admission procedures to facilitate informed decision-making.Lead campus tours for potential families, showcasing the school's amenities and learning environment.Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions within our school management system.Foster collaboration with academic and administrative teams to coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and admission formalities.Follow up with leads to ensure seamless transitions from inquiry to admission.Support the planning and execution of promotional events, open houses, and admission campaigns.Compile and submit regular reports on admission performance to senior management.Ensure timely collection and recording of all admission documents and fee payments.Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service to all prospective families.
