We help infrastructure, construction, and equipment-intensive businesses – including aviation ground handling companies – track, maintain, and optimize their assets in real time. Role SummaryThe Executive Assistant will work closely with the Managing Director for Janus Aviation Pvt. Ltd. / Janus Infratech Private Limited / AssetPro, providing end-to-end support across planning, coordination, and execution. This role is based out of Guwahati and is designed for a high-energy MBA graduate who can coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, implementation, product, finance), track key initiatives, and represent the MD in internal and select external discussions when required. The role requires strong ownership, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities· Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans; ensure that priorities are reflected in the schedule. · Prepare for meetings by coordinating agendas, collating pre-reads, collecting data, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. · Attend internal and external meetings as required; capture minutes, action items, and follow-ups and ensure timely closure with the respective owners. · Act as a coordination hub between the MD and teams such as sales, implementation, product, operations, and finance. · Track key projects and initiatives for AssetPro, maintain simple trackers/dashboards, and regularly update the Founder on status, risks, and dependencies. · Prepare presentations, summaries, and documents for reviews with customers, partners, and internal leadership. · Draft professional emails, notes, and communication on behalf of the Founder, ensuring clarity and a high standard of language. · Represent the MD in internal meetings and selected customer/partner interactions when he is travelling or unavailable, as per guidance. · Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion. · Coordinate logistics and documentation for business travel, reviews, customer visits, and internal events. · Continuously streamline administrative and coordination processes to save time and improve efficiency for the MD and the broader team. Must Haves / Required Skills· 0–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant / Analyst / Management Trainee / Coordinator role, or strong internship experience during MBA. · MBA (full-time) from a recognised institute – specialisation in Operations / Marketing / Systems / General Management preferred. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is highly desirable. · Highly presentable and professional, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, customers, and senior stakeholders. · Strong organisational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and tight timelines without losing attention to detail. · Very good proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace – especially Excel/Sheets (basic analysis, trackers) and PowerPoint/Slides (presentations). · Comfort with technology and SaaS tools (video conferencing, collaboration tools, simple dashboards, etc.). · High level of ownership, integrity, and ability to work with minimal supervision. · Willingness to occasionally work extended hours or adjust timings when required due to travel schedules, reviews, or critical meetings. Good to Have / Preferred Skills· Exposure to startups, SaaS/technology companies, consulting, or operations-heavy businesses through prior roles or internships. · Basic understanding of business metrics (revenue, pipeline, utilisation, etc.) and comfort with reading simple reports. · Experience in creating MIS reports, dashboards, or management review decks. · Ability to independently coordinate small projects or initiatives end-to-end. · Comfort with travelling for short visits to customer sites or other offices, if required. Educational QualificationMBA (full-time) from a recognised institute. Candidates with a prior Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Management, or related fields will be preferred. 0–3 years of post-MBA experience, or relevant internship experience, is acceptable for this role.
