Job Title: Brand Intelligence SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Brand Intelligence Specialist.Monitor and analyze digital channels, including social media platforms, blogs, forums, review sites, and other online platforms, for brand mentions and related content.Track conversations and identify actionable queries using ORM monitoring and listening tools.Engage or escalate high-risk mentions to relevant internal teams in line with SOPs and crisis protocols.Classify conversation data (positive, negative, neutral) to support post-analysis and reporting.Analyze sentiment and online data to extract relevant insights tied to product experience, user perception, and brand engagement.The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to maintain alignment with brand tone and messaging, and have experience working with Social CRM tools.This role requires maintaining a keen understanding of digital platforms, having a proactive approach to issue tracking, and contributing to reputation management strategies.Key Responsibilities:Maintaining alignment with brand tone and messaging while reporting or flagging brand mentions.Classifying conversation data (positive, negative, neutral) to support post-analysis and reporting.Analyzing sentiment and online data to extract relevant insights tied to product experience, user perception, and brand engagement.Assisting in creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports using relevant tools and dashboards.Highlighting key insights, trends, spikes, or potential opportunities for improving brand reputation or engagement.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.Chance to develop and expand your skills and knowledge in digital marketing and brand intelligence.Frequent feedback and support from experienced colleagues.
