This position reports to the Head of Communications Service Center Key Responsibilities: · Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and web content for talent acquisition · Create recruitment marketing materials and campaign visuals · Support photo and video content creation · Assist with basic design projects from concept to completion · Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to execute brand guidelines · Manage various design execution projects simultaneously, sometimes under tight timelines · Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and maintain brand consistency across design projects Complexity: · Ability to handle high volumes of activity · Ability to work with team remotely, across several countries · Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decision Skills (Preferred): · Basic video editing experience · Understanding of design for marketing/recruitment · Experience with content creation tools · Knowledge of social media platforms · Strong organizational skills QualificationsQualifications · Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field · Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva · Understanding of digital design concepts for social media and web · Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines · Fluent English is a must.
