Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing impactful business intelligence solutions using Power BI.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience in creating data-driven reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.Key responsibilities include collaborating with business users to design and develop impactful BI solutions, building, enhancing, and maintaining data-driven reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, gathering business requirements and preparing comprehensive documentation, performing data analysis and query optimization to ensure efficiency and performance, modifying existing dashboards by adding or adjusting visualizations, buttons, cards, and bookmarks, and working with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports.
