The Brand Manager for Old School and Old School Brindavanam will develop brand strategies, strengthen brand identity, and drive engagement, ensuring all touchpoints reflect Old School’s heritage and values.


CTC: 12-16 LPA

 

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Social Media: Develop and oversee brand and social media strategies for Old School and Old School Brindavanam. Build a consistent and resonant brand narrative across digital and offline channels.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce impactful content, including social media posts, videos, and promotional materials. Ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Brand Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key brand metrics, including awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions.
  • Brand Identity Management: Build and maintain a consistent brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints reflect the brand’s essence and quality standards.
  • Content and Copywriting Oversight: Guide and review content and copywriting efforts, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and values. Work closely with content teams to craft compelling, on-brand narratives for social media, websites, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, organizations, and media outlets to expand brand reach and impact, contributing to a stronger presence in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably within the Beauty & Personal Care or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand and social media strategies.
  • Experience in campaign management, content creation, and partnership development.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
