RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in performance management and employee engagement.
Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., performance management systems, employee engagement platforms).
