Job Description
Human Resources (HR) Implant

The HR Implant will be responsible for embedding HR practices and policies within the organization, acting as a direct liaison between employees and management. The primary focus is to ensure that HR functions are seamlessly integrated into the daily operations of the company, providing support, guidance, and strategic HR solutions to meet the business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues, mediate conflicts, and facilitate resolution processes.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers, and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, facilitate professional development programs, organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations, update and maintain HR policies and procedures, conduct audits, and prepare reports to ensure compliance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, provide information and support to employees regarding benefits, participate in salary surveys, and market analysis.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making, prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management, and identify trends and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar implant capacity.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations, excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
