Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive to oversee a range of human resource functions, excluding recruitment and payroll, and drive a motivated workforce.

About the Role

This role involves fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee grievances, and facilitating communication between staff and management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and be able to develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between staff and management.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, including conducting periodic reviews and feedback sessions with employees.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Review, update, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and create learning and development programs for the continuous improvement of the staff.
  • Employee Engagement and Welfare: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition programs to maintain morale and productivity.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee the attendance and leave management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all employee practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience (excluding recruitment and payroll responsibilities).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
