Role- Senior Project Planner

Experience- 10 to 15 years

Job Location- Ujjain, MP (40 KMS from Indore)


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must have 10yrs of experience in scheduling of Industrial Projects, ideally within Food & Beverage industry.
  • Prepare plans and schedule for all project delivery.
  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, productivity monitoring and progress monitoring and control.
  • Preparing requirement documents, minutes, presentations for reviews by the management and regular appraisal of targets.
  • Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance usually Earned Value Method (EMV) is used for this) at various stages of the project to analyse deviations.
  • Works closely with engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, client and contractors to identify potential changes in scope and quantifies the impact of each change in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
  • Must be versant in MS Project, and experienced in developing, analyzing L4 Schedules comprising diverse disciplines and contractors.
  • Responsible of tracking progress and associated resources.
  • propose mitigations for deviations and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitors project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan.
  • Notifies Project Managers of any deviations or scheduling issues, and provides input for optimizing resources.
  • When required prepares EOT Schedules and Schedule Analysis to support Project Team.
  • Global experience / experience in Middle East highly desirable
