Position-Lead Recruiter

Experience - 10 to 15 yrs

Domain- Food & Beverage industry / FMCG / Oil and Gas

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • RPOs must focus on talent and hiring manager engagement.
  • Candidate management is crucial to RPOs to bring quality talent on board.
  • RPO staffing work on strategic sourcing to attract top talents.
  • Compliance and risk management come in handy with RPOs
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare interview questions, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent in the industry.
  • organizing employment records, running orientation training, and handling the hiring and placement of new employees.
  • welcoming new employees to the organization and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • coordinate orientation programs, facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork, and provide new hires with essential information about company policies, procedures, and benefits
  • oversees the offboarding process when an employee leaves the organization. They conduct exit interviews, collect company property, update employee records, and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
