Position-BIM Modeler-MEP Coordinator

Experience - 07 to 18 yrs

Domain- Food & Beverage industry / FMCG

Job Location- Indore


Roles & Responsibilities -


  • Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the projects
  • Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP project Team
  • Capability of understanding BIM Client Requirements and analyze/implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows
  • Primary contact for BIM related technical support
  • Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Modeler / BIM Lead / BIM Manager
  • Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects
  • The ability to create families and should be expertise in modeling
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models
  • Leading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modeler
  • Quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced
  • The ability to use Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentation
  • Responsible for doing QA/QC before the deliverables
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring on ‘Best Practice’ workflows to project teams as required
  • Monitors team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines
  • Project study and explain to the modelers
  • Be the point of contact for the client in understanding and solving the issues related to the project
