Roles & Responsibilities -
Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the projectsDevelop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP project TeamCapability of understanding BIM Client Requirements and analyze/implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverablesDocument and communicate best practices and workflowsPrimary contact for BIM related technical supportLiaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Modeler / BIM Lead / BIM ManagerManage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objectsThe ability to create families and should be expertise in modelingCoordinate multidisciplinary modelsLeading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit ModelerQuality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings producedThe ability to use Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentationResponsible for doing QA/QC before the deliverablesProvide one-to-one mentoring on ‘Best Practice’ workflows to project teams as requiredMonitors team compliance with BIM standards and guidelinesProject study and explain to the modelersBe the point of contact for the client in understanding and solving the issues related to the project
