Position - Bim Modeler - HVAC Experience - 5 to 15 yrs Domain - Food & Beverage industry / FMCG Job Location - Indore Roles & Responsibilities - Works under general supervision to complete complex BIM or Plant Data Centric assignments. Utilizes multiple application platforms, such as Revit, Intergraph Smart Plant, Plant 3 D, etc., to achieve set results and meet deadlines. Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3 D models using project specifications and content. Creates and maintains detailed 3 D models of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment placement. Collaborates with mechanical engineers and other disciplines to ensure proper coordination and clash detection in BIM models. Develops and implements BIM standards and best practices specific to HVAC design within the organization. Performs quantity take-offs and generates schedules from BIM models to support cost estimation and project planning. Conducts quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions effectively. Stays current with the latest BIM software updates, HVAC industry trends, and energy efficiency standards. Mentors junior designers and provides guidance on BIM tools and HVAC design principles. Assists in the development of custom families and content libraries for HVAC components. Contributes to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows within the organization. Supports the integration of BIM data with facility management systems for post-construction use.
