Role- Project Cost Control Engineer - FMCG project

Experience- 10 to 15 years

Job Location- Indore


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Must have 10yrs of experience as Cost Control Lead in largescale construction projects.
  • Must be experienced in Coordinating different ǪS disciplines during execution, managing relationships with multiple contractors, monitoring Cashflow, leading Change Management, identifying and analyzing risks related to costs, day-to-day cost control on site.
  • Global experience / experience in Middle East highly desirable
  • Collaborate with project teams to control expenses effectively, fostering proactive cost management Implement and refine cost control strategies.
  • Review project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives and constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Investigating unprofitable variances and losses.
  • Developing cost-efficient solutions to implement changes.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies between planned and actual costs, providing actionable insights to enable corrective actions.
  • Support in the improvement of existing and development of new cost reporting, including fully integrated cost dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with the project schedule team to ensure seamless integration between project schedules and costs, enhancing overall project performance.
  • Apply your comprehensive cost control experience to monitor, analyze, and manage project and contract budgets, ensuring adherence to financial parameters and timely identification of deviations.
