THE OPPORTUNITY: SALES TERRITORY LEAD (aka Your Ticket to Building Something Epic) Location: Noida/Delhi (India) | Travel: 50-60% (Pack your bags, adventure awaits) Why This Role is Different Forget boring enterprise sales. Partnering with our marketing lead to turn digital campaigns into closed deals Gen AI & Agentic AI - You'll be selling the future, not legacy tech Quota-carrying with lucrative commissions - Your success = Your wealth Founding team member status - This role is as big as you make it This isn't just a sales job. It's a chance to architect an entire go-to-market strategy, build a region. WHAT YOU'LL DO (The Fun Stuff) Strategic Domination Develop and execute a killer plan for your territory Create compelling value propositions that make customers say "shut up and take my money" Build and nurture a healthy pipeline that keeps the revenue engine humming Partner with AWS and ecosystem players to multiply your reach Relationship Wizardry Navigate complex customer conversations with C-suite executives Turn prospects into customers, customers into advocates, advocates into references Team Collaboration Work hand-in-glove with our marketing lead to align 1-to-many campaigns with 1-to-1 sales motions Represent klypup at partner and industry events (yes, with personality) Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer success WHAT YOU BRING TO THE PARTY Must-Haves 4-5 years crushing quota in cloud/SaaS sales (preferably in SMB, startup, or mid-market segments) Proven territory management experience—you know how to own a region Cloud technology sales background (AWS knowledge is gold, but other cloud platforms work too) Track record of identifying, developing, and closing complex technology deals Communication superpowers —you can explain complex tech to anyone from developers to CFOs Startup DNA —you thrive in chaos, move fast, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves Nice-to-Haves Experience setting up sales strategy for a new market or business line Existing network of customers and contacts you can bring to the klypup party Previous exposure to AI/ML solutions (Gen AI/Agentic AI experience is a major plus) Understanding of modern application architectures and cloud-native solutions The Intangibles (These Matter Most)🎉 Fun, engaging personality —our customers love working with people they actually like 🔥 Passion for learning —Gen AI moves fast, you need to move faster 💪 Never-say-die attitude —startup life has ups and downs; you ride them all 🧠 Intellectual curiosity —you love understanding how technology solves business problems ✈️ Love for travel —you'll be meeting customers, attending events, and building relationships across your territory.
