HCM Expert & Oracle Fusion Sol ArchitectA high-profile opportunity is available for an experienced HCM expert and Oracle Fusion solution architect to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in integration architecture, OIC, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher will enable you to provide comprehensive solutions that drive business value.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end architectures for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.Ensure seamless integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.Develop scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.Required Skills:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.Benefits:Opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs.Collaborative team environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Other Requirements:Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
