Job Title:Oracle HCM Cloud HR Helpdesk LeadJob Description:As a seasoned expert in Human Capital Management (HCM), you will oversee the entire lifecycle of employee engagement, from recruitment to retirement. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve complex functional issues within the HCM Cloud platform.Key Requirements:At least 8–10 years of experience in HCM covering the full hire-to-retire cycle with expertise in Core HR and at least one additional module such as HCM Helpdesk Functional Module.Participation in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations with minimum 2 involving HCM Cloud.Strong working experience in HCM business processes and data flow.Technical Expertise:You will require strong technical skills including configuration, testing, and go-live for HCM Cloud implementations.Client-Facing & Delivery Skills:Proven experience in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.Frequent client interaction around specific work efforts and deliverables.Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems.Communication & Soft Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Personal drive, flexibility, and ability to work as a team player.Skilled in problem solving, influencing, negotiating, and demonstrating organizational awareness and sensitivity.Commitment to engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management.Leadership & Management:Demonstrated leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills.Experience in mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to Project Managers.Get In TouchContact us via mail or call for further information on this role.
