Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation and maintenance of our HCM systems.Key ResponsibilitiesExpert domain knowledge in HCM covering the entire hire to retire cycleProven experience in implementing end-to-end HCM projects, with a minimum of 5 successful implementations, including at least 2 with Oracle HCM CloudStrong working expertise in Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL modulesDeep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flowClients-facing roles requiring strong communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating skills, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client managementGood leadership capabilities with planning, follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, status updates, and assistance in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problemsOpen to domestic or international travel for short or long durationsRequirementsA minimum of 7 years of relevant experienceMust have completed at least 2 implementations using Oracle FusionPreferring candidates with immediate availability or those willing to join with minimal notice period
