Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud modules, strong understanding of HCM business processes, and prior exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS integrations.Design, develop, and deploy complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST APIs, and ICS adapters.Implement and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premises systems (EBS HRMS).Create custom workflows, orchestration flows, and mappings within OIC.Work closely with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integrations.Support migration, deployment, and post-go-live integration monitoring.Develop comprehensive technical documentation and integration design specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Key Skills:Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).Integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party or legacy systems.Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and FTP/SFTP protocols.Familiarity with OIC components like Integrations, Process, and Visual Builder.Experience in data mapping and transformation between cloud and on-prem systems.Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting preferred.
