Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics. You will be responsible for managing all digital channels and working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Identify target audiences and create effective digital campaigns that resonate with Saras AI’s mission and offerings.
SEO/SEM Management:
- Optimize the company's website for search engines and manage search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) strategies to enhance organic and paid search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and measure performance to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators and the creative team to develop high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
- Oversee content distribution across multiple digital channels (social media, email, blogs, etc.) to enhance engagement and build a community around the brand.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like , Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, and implement optimizations to increase reach and engagement.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor PPC, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure ROI and optimize ad spend across platforms such as Google Ads, , Facebook Ads, and more.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns that engage prospects and current customers.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize email outreach.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to track performance and measure key KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including insights and actionable recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and product launches.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed for specialized campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or digital marketing certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in B2B and/or EdTech marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
