- We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cohesive marketing processes across cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies.

- You will work closely with multiple markets, creative teams, and platform teams to develop, execute, and optimize cross-channel customer engagement tactics.

- The role also requires strong analytical skills to interpret data and enhance audience engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive cohesion in the marketing process and campaign reporting across cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure alignment with brands and markets.

- Design and validate workflows for cross-channel customer engagement, including creating omni-channel digital experiences across web, email, CLM, and video.

- Interpret analytics and behavioral data to optimize target audience engagement.

- Provide insights and recommendations on the omnichannel workflow within Salesforce.

- Partner with creative, production, and platform teams to support campaigns across various channels and assets.

- Coordinate with multiple markets to maintain localized omni-channel tactics by analyzing operational and engagement data.

- Evaluate and analyze the performance of omnichannel programs against industry standards and benchmarks in the digital space.

- Understand data structures, data dictionaries, and data marts as they relate to CRM systems.

- Collaborate with CFT to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure testing aligns with Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and omnichannel platforms.

- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud, Veeva CRM, and Veeva Vault.

- Experience in implementing performance metrics for campaigns and assets.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni Channel, including campaign workflow and administration, user management, security controls, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, with basic knowledge of JavaScript and AMP Scripts.

- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
