The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors.Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team.Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)Experience: 3–6 years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region headquartered in Hyderabad.Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Punjab.Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.What We Offer:Competitive salary + attractive incentives.Opportunity to grow in a fast-expanding cosmetic brand.Exposure to modern trade, general trade, and salon channels.Supportive work culture with performance-driven rewards.📩 How to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated CV to manan.sharma@reneecosmetics.in with the subject line “Application for ASM – Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (Hyderabad)”.
