Area Sales Manager - Hyderabad (Cleaning Industry)Experience: 5 to 7 years Location: HyderabadEducation Qualification: B.E. (Preferred)Position Summary:We are hiring a Area Sales Manager to drive our Telangana and Andhra Pradesh business from Hyderabad. The role requires leadership in sales operations, customer acquisition, and managing a team of field sales engineers, with a focus on industrial cleaning solutions and equipment.Key Responsibilities:- Grow business across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh for industrial cleaning equipment.- Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of sales engineers.- Develop relationships with pharma, IT parks, manufacturing, and facility management companies.- Organize product demos, trials, and technical training sessions for clients.- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.- Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and regional performance B.E. degree (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).- 6-10 years of experience in sales of industrial cleaning solutions/equipment or related industries.- Team-handling experience with strong leadership ability.- Knowledge of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh industrial markets (Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada).- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.- Two-wheeler is mandatory.Benefits:- Attractive compensation package with allowances.- Quarterly performance-linked incentives.- Leadership opportunity in a growing sector.
