Marketing Strategy LeadWe are seeking a skilled marketing strategy professional to lead our lifecycle marketing initiatives.This role focuses on execution and quality, turning marketing strategies into flawless campaigns across multiple channels within the Braze platform.Create complex customer journeys using Braze Canvases and Campaigns.Develop advanced personalization logic using Liquid, Connected Content, and Custom Attributes.Ensure rigorous QA across all channels, verifying rendering, segmentation, and tracking.Collaborate with Engineering on API-triggered/event-based campaign setup and payload validation.Maintain compliance and exceptional quality control for all communications.Tech Skills:Braze development experience (Canvases, Campaigns, Segments)Liquid scripting, HTML/CSS, and JSON/API knowledgeMulti-channel QA methodologies and troubleshooting data/targeting issuesAnalytics integrations (Currents, Amplitude, etc.)Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a leading marketing technology companyCollaborative and dynamic work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageRequirements:3+ years of experience in marketing or related fieldProven track record of successful marketing campaign executionStrong technical skills, including Braze development experienceExcellent communication and project management skills
