This role involves building the foundation for secure AI deployment, defining frameworks, ensuring compliance, and guiding the design and implementation of AI products.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement an organization's AI security strategy, governance model, and operational practices.Ensure security controls and compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from model development, data handling, deployment, and monitoring to production support.Collaborate with Data, Digital, and Infrastructure Security teams to embed AI security within broader enterprise security frameworks.Policies will be defined to address the ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.Ai risks will be evaluated and established insurance mechanisms to safeguard organizational interests against ai-related risks.Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI and ML systems.Mentor a small team and influence security posture across business units.Partner with product and engineering leaders to proactively identify and mitigate ai-specific threats.
