Job Role:We are seeking a Service Management Support Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will provide daily support for operational needs and manage ticket distribution to ensure timely client access management requests.This includes maintaining and reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of all IT service management processes, monitoring assignment group queues, and proactively assuming ownership of incidents and requests.About the Role:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNowProvide administrative support for users, roles, and groupsMaintain and review the effectiveness and efficiency of all ITSM processesSupport upgrades and evolution of ServiceNowMonitor assignment group queues in ServiceNow and assume ownership of incidents and requestsYour Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to learn and adapt quicklyGood understanding of ITIL methodologies and best practices2-3 years of experience in IT service management industryExperience working in ServiceNow platform is highly desirable
