Job Overview:
As a Business Development (BD) Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong ties with existing customers. You will develop and implement strategic plans to increase company revenue, expand the client base, and explore untapped markets.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels to create new business opportunities.
● Client Outreach: Proactively engage decision-makers in target industries to pitch services and demonstrate the value of our digital marketing solutions.
● Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that address client needs.
● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
● Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
● Pipeline Management: Track sales activities from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups.
● Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and client servicing teams for a seamless client transition.
● Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
● Networking: Attend industry events to represent the agency and expand professional contacts.
Key Requirements:
● 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital marketing agency or related field.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
● Proven track record in lead generation and closing business deals.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools is a plus.
● Passionate about keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
