Job Title:Sr Change ManagerDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful change management initiatives and be able to execute tactical components of the change management framework under client direction.The primary focus of this role is to ensure successful adoption of initiatives across the organization. This includes planning and landing execution of change management frameworks, tracking deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake and resistance, as well as initiating and maintaining user engagement to increase adoption.About Us:We believe in care creating community and strive to make a real impact on the causes that affect the communities we serve. We offer technology staffing and managed services for the greater Seattle area and throughout the United States, with a focus on getting to know our clients and candidates to create lasting partnerships and ensure success.ResponsibilitiesExecute tactical components of the change management framework under client directionPlan and land execution of change management frameworksTrack deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake and resistanceInitiate and maintain user engagement to increase adoptionDevelop and publish quick start guides, weekly tips, incentives, and other role-based training to enable and encourage adoptionProvide weekly reports on progress against KPIs, with callouts of risks and blockers slowing or limiting progressMaintain stakeholder engagements and manage expectationsRequirementsChange Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) or 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement within Microsoft 365 environmentsHands-on expertise with Viva Engage campaigns, SharePoint communications, and Teams engagementFamiliarity with M365 Copilot features, use cases, and adoption strategiesStrong communication and facilitation skills across US-based technical and business audiencesExperience supporting champion networks and peer-to-peer enablementAbility to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable insights and reporting3+ years of experience leading projects with US-based companiesBenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect to work with a diverse group of professionals who are energized about their careers and committed to making a positive impact.
