Procurement Expert WantedWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Expert to strengthen our vendor management, sourcing strategy, and cost-optimization initiatives.This role will drive supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support our global programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions.You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, marketing, product teams, and external partners to ensure procurement excellence across all categories.About This RoleThis is a key role in our organization where you will develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.You will manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.You will lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies.Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.Lead contract negotiations.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.Strong negotiation skills.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Why Join Us?Work in a fast-growing global organization.Collaborative, high-performance culture.Remote-first work environment.
