We focus on getting to know our clients and candidates to create lasting partnerships and ensure success.The Senior Change Management Consultant will execute tactical components of the change management framework under client direction, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives across the organization.WHAT YOU GET TO DO PM and land execution of change management framework, tracking deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake and resistance.Initiate and maintain user engagement to increase adoptionDevelop and publish quick start guides, weekly tips, incentives, and other role-based training to enable and encourage adoptionProvide weekly reports on progress against KPIs, with callouts of risks and blockers slowing or limiting progressMaintain stakeholder engagements and manage expectationsWHAT YOU BRINGChange Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) or 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement within Microsoft 365 environments.Hands-on expertise with Viva Engage campaigns, SharePoint communications, and Teams engagement.Familiarity with M365 Copilot features, use cases, and adoption strategies.Strong communication and facilitation skills across US-based technical and business audiences.Experience supporting champion networks and peer-to-peer enablement.Ability to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable insights and reporting.3+ years of experience leading projects with US-based companiesMORE ABOUT WIMMER SOLUTIONSWimmer Solutions is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
