Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of accurate financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance with statutory norms like TDS, Income Tax, GST, PF, and ESI.
- Manage payments to vendors, contractors, and consultants while monitoring cash flows, including petty cash.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and other financial reports as needed.
- Develop and update SOPs, ensuring team adherence to predefined ERP processes.
- Finalize KRAs and KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and provide training to build team capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (mandatory).
- Professional certification such as CA (required); CFA or MBA in Finance is advantageous.
- 10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in real estate accounting, RERA compliance, and project cost monitoring.
