About the role:
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing prime real estate opportunities to support the company’s growth. This role involves market research, vendor relationship management, and negotiating deals to acquire properties that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build key relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers. This position plays a vital role in expanding the company’s real estate portfolio and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and sourcing parties to enhance client acquisition efforts.
Lead Generation: Drive a target of 20–25 client visits per month by building a robust sourcing pipeline.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify potential sourcing opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities, client interactions, and channel partner performance.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with sourcing partners to foster long-term collaborations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a real estate sourcing role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate markets and sourcing strategies.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Performance-Oriented: Ability to meet monthly visit targets and deliver results under deadlines.
