About the role: For the Telecaller role, the expectation is to generate at least 20-30 walk-ins per month by effectively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and encouraging them to visit the store or office. This will involve making a high volume of calls, engaging in meaningful conversations, and providing detailed information about offerings to drive interest and increase foot traffic. The Telecaller should track their success in achieving walk-ins and ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. Strong persuasion skills and a proactive approach are crucial to meeting this target.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, driving 20–25 monthly walk-ins to project sites.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project details, offers, and benefits to clients in Hindi, English, and basic Gujarati.
- Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients to maintain interest and ensure successful conversions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in telecalling, preferably in real estate or customer-facing roles.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and a basic understanding of Gujarati is essential.
- Results-Driven: Focused on achieving monthly walk-in and conversion targets.
