Are you a customer support specialist looking for a remote opportunity to work from anywhere in India? We have an exciting contract role available for Voice and Non-Voice Support Specialists who can deliver high-quality support from home.This is a flexible, full-time position that allows you to work according to your schedule while meeting the needs of our US-based clients. As a Voice Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, providing clear, polite, and accurate information to customers, troubleshooting customer issues and documenting interactions.As an Email/Non-Voice Support Specialist, you will respond to customer emails quickly and accurately, resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and update internal systems. You must maintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfaction.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent English spoken and written communication skills, prior BPO/Customer Support experience is a strong advantage. You must be comfortable working night shifts during US business hours, have your own laptop with Windows 11 or above, high-speed wired internet connection, quiet workspace for calls (Voice process), ability to work independently and meet performance targets, and strong customer orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who value flexibility and want to work from home while making a difference in the lives of customers.
