As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team tasked with streamlining various processes and helping us navigate roadblocks remotely while scaling our operations.This role involves managing customer-centric communication channels, handling customer concerns end-to-end, and owning customer relationships in an external-facing capacity. You will use CRM tools to manage the customer lifecycle and track engagement, identify and remove process roadblocks, suggest improvements to management, and automate repetitive workflows.In this position, you will work on community engagement strategies to drive retention and reduce churn, relay customer insights and feedback to product, operations, and engineering teams to influence key decisions, and ensure that customer support metrics are maintained at optimal levels.Key Responsibilities:Manage all customer-centric communication channelsHandle customer concerns end-to-endOwning customer relationships in an external-facing roleUse CRM tools to manage the customer lifecycleIdentify and remove process roadblocksSuggest improvements to managementAutomate repetitive workflowsRequirements:Willingness to work in US timings (Rotational shifts)Exceptional English communication skillsIntermediate Excel skillsComfortable with tech tools and streamlining processesProcess-driven, effective communicator, and appreciate a dynamic work environmentBenefits:Equity ownership through our ESOP programComprehensive wellness benefitsQuarterly reviews for fast career acceleration
