Role Overview:
We're seeking a Data Analyst to transform our vast dataset of user interactions and website metrics into actionable insights. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key business metrics and user behavior
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize user experience
Create predictive models for user engagement and retention
Generate regular reports on platform performance and user trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement
Build and maintain data pipelines using modern analytics tools
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years experience in data analysis role
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
Strong background in statistical analysis and A/B testing
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
Knowledge of web analytics and marketing metrics
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Background in SaaS or B2C products
