The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, playing a crucial role in our project delivery process.Core Responsibilities Business Analysis & StrategyConduct thorough analysis of business processes and systemsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and optimizationDevelop comprehensive business cases for proposed solutionsEvaluate and document business requirements for new projectsRequirements ManagementGather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirementsCreate user stories, use cases, and process flow diagramsValidate requirements with stakeholders and technical teamsMaintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycleProcess OptimizationMap and analyze current business processesIdentify inefficiencies and propose solutionsDocument and implement process improvementsMonitor and measure the impact of implemented changesStakeholder ManagementFacilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholdersPresent findings and recommendations to various audiencesManage stakeholder expectations and communicationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and team membersProject SupportParticipate in sprint planning and agile ceremoniesSupport testing and quality assurance processesContribute to project documentation and knowledge baseAssist in training and change management initiativesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in requirements gathering and documentationUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Technical Skills
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologiesExperience with requirements management toolsKnowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)Understanding of database concepts and SQL basicsFamiliarity with agile project management toolsPreferred Qualifications
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)Experience in web development projectsKnowledge of UX/UI design principlesAgile/Scrum certificationExperience with data analytics and visualization toolsSoft Skills CommunicationClear and concise written communicationEffective verbal presentation skillsActive listening abilitiesStrong facilitation capabilitiesProblem-SolvingAnalytical thinkingCritical reasoningCreative solution developmentDecision-making abilitiesLeadershipProject coordinationTeam collaborationStakeholder managementInitiative and self-motivation
