Job Description (JD)
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements for SupTech projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client needs. This role requires detailed documentation, workflow analysis, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform requirements into actionable insights and technical specifications. The Business Analyst will develop user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog, and provide ongoing feedback on project progress and performance. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, and experience in an Agile environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Experience
5-8 Years
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Gather and document requirements for SupTech solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Develop business use cases and project plans.
Liaise between tech and regulatory teams.Responsible for analyzing the business needs and translating them into functional requirements. The Business Analyst will work on market analysis, document business processes, and ensure that technical specifications align with strategic goals. The role requires a deep understanding of SupTech and financial supervision dynamics.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate (preferably B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree in IT/CS) with good academic record from a recognized and reputed university/institution
Desirable Skills and Certificates
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA
