Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, playing a crucial role in our project delivery process.
Core Responsibilities Business Analysis & Strategy
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed solutions
Evaluate and document business requirements for new projects
Requirements Management
Gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements
Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
Validate requirements with stakeholders and technical teams
Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycle
Process Optimization
Map and analyze current business processes
Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
Document and implement process improvements
Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders
Present findings and recommendations to various audiences
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
Project Support
Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Support testing and quality assurance processes
Contribute to project documentation and knowledge base
Assist in training and change management initiatives
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Technical Skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
Experience with requirements management tools
Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
Understanding of database concepts and SQL basics
Familiarity with agile project management tools
Preferred Qualifications Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
Experience in web development projects
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
Agile/Scrum certification
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
