Your responsibilities include:Work as Senior Technical team member in Managed Service activity streams  providing solutions and  support for issues raised by client in production environment  and coordination with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams for related activities.Provide technical services in issue troubleshooting and resolution from offshore in co-ordination with the onsite team.Liaise with Oracle Global Support and Product engineering teams on a case to case basis for any issues raised by the client in providing the required resolutions.Provide on call support for High Severity incidents.Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverables that meet quality expectations of Oracle / Client.Coordinate with and assist various stakeholders in projects for implementation of Patch set, fixes etc.He/she will need to successfully manage Customer Relationship and respond / address any initial escalations from CustomerDocument all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for Oracle / Client.Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle / Client.  Comply with Oracle / Client audit / Compliance requirements.Ensure quality code delivery.Ability to translate business requirements into technology or design specificationsPlan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the projectPerform proper handover / knowledge transfer at end of each assignment.Timely status reporting to supervisor.Hands on Expertise in Deployments and Backup/Restore OperationsTimely submission of timesheets and expenses for Oracle / Clients.Your QualificationsYou possess experience in end-to-end Support activities covering expertise areas such as Coding and Unit testing, executing Test cycle rounds including End of Days, migrations and Integrations for Oracle's Banking productsProven ability to lead medium to large technical team and guide them in their deliverables in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activitiesYou possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, , Rest API, JavaScript, XML.
