Based in Bangalore, the TSM will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – South to develop and implement strategic plans, ensure technical support, and achieve business objectives. The role requires strong field engagement, relationship building, and technical sales expertise in waterproofing, flooring, and construction chemicals.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentWork closely with the RSM – South as part of a cohesive team to achieve regional targets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and market penetration in the Karnataka region.Identify and onboard new applicators, consultants, and project influencers to expand the customer base.Generate leads through direct site visits, references, and industry networks including consultants, architects, and applicators.Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bids for contracts as per project and client requirements.Client & Stakeholder EngagementEngage regularly with consultants, architects, contractors, and applicators to promote product specifications and approvals.Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to increase brand presence and project win ratio.Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and trainings for customers and partners.Project Management & Site ActivitiesConduct site inspections prior to proposal submissions to understand site conditions and recommend suitable solutions.Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure correct application of products at the project sites.Undertake on-site sampling and mock-ups to build confidence in products and solutions.Address application issues promptly by coordinating with the applicator and providing required support.Market DevelopmentIdentify medium to large-scale waterproofing and flooring applicators, consultants, and other stakeholders for market expansion.Promote remedial works and support business development in repair and rehabilitation segments.Explore opportunities across Direct Projects, Government projects, Industrial and Commercial segments.Reporting & AdministrationMaintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.Track sales progress, pipeline development, and site conversions in alignment with targets.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.Travel & CoordinationBe based in Bangalore, with frequent travel across Karnataka for project visits and client meetings.Travel to other South India territories as required by the RSM – South or project demand.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of waterproofing, flooring systems, or construction chemicals.Technical aptitude for on-site problem-solving and application support.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to targets.
