JD: Campaign Strategist
About the Role:
The candidate will be responsible for email campaign strategy & planning.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 4-5 years
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation/ Post Graduation in Marketing or similar domain
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives. Creation of an annual/quarterly email marketing calendar with targeted campaigns.
Email Campaign Execution - Execute email campaigns from concept to deployment, ensuring all deadlines are met. Email and LP content, topics for ebook creating, UTM linking, designing LPs
Audience Segmentation and Targeting - Utilize customer data to create targeted and segmented email lists. Increased relevance and personalization in email communications, leading to higher engagement rates.
Content Development - Coordinate with content team to develop ebooks, webinar creatives and visuals that resonate with the audience.
Email List Growth and Management - Implement strategies to grow the email subscriber list and manage list hygiene. Consistent growth in the subscriber base and reduced bounce rates.
A/B Testing and Optimization - Conduct regular A/B tests on email elements (subject lines, CTAs, copy) to optimize performance.
Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns using key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates). Detailed reports that provide insights into campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Team Coordination - Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, product, sales) to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Seamless execution of integrated campaigns that support overall business goals.
Innovation and Trend Analysis- Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative tactics.Adoption of cutting-edge strategies that keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Minimum Requirement:
4 – 5 years of relevant proven experience
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with opposing priorities
Proven perfection in verbal and written communication
Analytical ability with experience and insights in reporting
