Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Payments Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or vendor management within ecommerce/digital goods and services.This role involves working closely with external payment providers and internal departments to coordinate new merchant onboarding. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the onboarding checklist, internal documentation, with a strong focus on standardization and scalability.As part of this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and preparing management reports on payment performance KPIs. This will involve collaborating with business intelligence analysts to build dashboards and ensuring that KPIs are maintained.You will be the point of contact for external queries and complete requests about merchant KYC, risk, and compliance requirements, as well as day-to-day questions.The successful candidate will be highly energized, organized, and analytical, with a background working with online payment providers.
