About the RoleTPFU Food and BiteBox Meals are rapidly growing meal-prep brands serving the Greater Toronto Area. We are expanding further and looking for a strong Growth & Operations Manager based in India to manage social media, customer support, performance tracking, website operations, and expansion. This role is for a high-ownership, multi-functional operator.Location: Remote (India)Reports to: Founder – TPFU & BiteBoxHours of working: 3 PM Eastern Time to 12 AM Eastern TimeKey Responsibilities1. Marketing & Social MediaManage monthly content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, TikTokPlan & execute ads on Meta + GoogleWork with influencers & content creatorsTrack performance: reach, engagement, CAC, ROAS, CTR2. Customer Support OversightOversee CS reps (WhatsApp, email, phone)Resolve escalations & ensure fast response timesMonitor refunds, complaints, delays, delivery issuesImprove CS workflows & SOPs3. Business Operations & TrackingMaintain daily dashboard: orders, refunds, complaints, delivery performanceTrack meal production accuracy & packaging performanceIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvementsDaily coordination with delivery/logistics teams4. Website & Tech ManagementUpdate Shopify banners, pricing, menus, offersRun A/B tests on landing pagesCollaborate for feature updatesTrack CRO metrics: funnel drop-off, cart abandonment, checkout rate5. Growth StrategyDevelop new customer acquisition ideasSuggest retention strategies: loyalty, referrals, better onboardingManage subscription metrics: churn %, active users, renewal rates6. Expansion & PartnershipsIdentify new partner opportunities for city expansionEvaluate, shortlist, and coordinate initial conversationsBuild playbooks for city-level launchesTrack partner performance post-launch7. Finance & ReportingWeekly P&L snapshotsTrack food cost %, packaging cost %, delivery cost %Monthly performance report for founderMaintain budget sheets & marketing spend optimization8. Team CoordinationManage small remote teams (support, editors, interns)Assign weekly tasks & track completionDocument SOPs for every functionCandidate Requirements5–10 years experience in Marketing / Operations / Growth / Business ManagementStrong with Google Sheets, Shopify basics, Meta Ads, Google AdsExperience managing teamsHighly organized, operational thinker, fast executorStrong English + communication skillsExperience in food tech / D2C preferred (not mandatory)
