Business Operations Specialist RoleOur organization is seeking a seasoned professional with 8–15 years of experience in managing and optimizing end-to-end operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations, including supply chain management, vendor oversight, compliance, and customer service delivery.Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Align operational workflows with organizational goals and industry best practices.P&L Management:Own and manage business unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with finance teams to align operational decisions with budgetary and financial goals.Data & Performance Management:Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and improvement.Build dashboards and reports for KPI tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.Drive ROI-focused initiatives across projects to maximize value creation.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly in Pharma and Retail industries, by establishing and monitoring quality assurance frameworks.Mitigate operational risks through proactive planning and regular audits.Internal Stakeholder Management:Act as a bridge between leadership and operational teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.Influence stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building.Leadership & People Management:Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and foster a culture of accountability and excellence within operational teams.Develop and execute training programs to enhance skills and knowledge among team members.Build strong relationships with vendors and external stakeholders to drive mutual value creation.
