Tele Calling - Contractual RoleJOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales.Your key responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.You will also seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise and follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.In addition, you will manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner, document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures, and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.You will possess strong knowledge of our services to identify customer needs when qualifying them, demonstrate an aptitude for sales, and apply a superlative customer experience attitude on all interactions.A successful candidate will have a graduate degree in any stream (10+2+3 regular education) and 0-1 yrs of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside sales or similar.The ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices, customer-focused, and adaptable to different personality types.They will also have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively, possess previous experience in a call centre dealing with Indian consumers, and possess superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate degree in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)0-1 yrs of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside sales or similarFamiliarity with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practicesCustomer-focused and adaptable to different personality typesAbility to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectivelyPossess previous experience in a call centre dealing with Indian consumersSuperior listening, verbal, and written communication skillsBenefits:This is a full-time role that requires 6 days of work per week, with Monday off as weekly off.Others:The position involves working with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers, requiring effective communication and interpersonal skills.],
