Sikich is a global company specializing in technology enabled-professional services. We are seeking an experienced D365 Business Central professional to join our team to provide functional and/or technical support to end users, troubleshooting system issues, and assist with system enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Mentor and train other support specialistsProvide Tier 1 and 2 support for Business Central (on-premise and cloud) usersDiagnose and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errorsManage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholdersWork with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutionsDocument support cases, resolutions, and user guidesOur ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business CentralProficiency in several ISV ProductsPowerBI and PowerAutomate experienceStrong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to be client-facing with support tasks as needed and requiredBenefits:This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our clients.
