About This RoleWe're seeking a skilled CloudOps Engineer to support the design, deployment, and governance of our cloud infrastructure.This role will help drive best practices across the organization and ensure that proper operations guardrails are in place.Key Responsibilities:Support the full lifecycle of cloud operations, from architecture to monitoring and cost management.Manage and optimize Windows-based infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services.Assist in continuously improving high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and backup strategies across cloud environments.Plan and manage cloud capacity and resource scaling, ensuring infrastructure availability aligns with application demand and SLAs.Comply with operations guardrails, ensuring security, compliance, cost efficiency, and governance best practices across cloud infrastructure.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or SRE, with a significant focus on both AWS and Azure cloud environments.Strong experience managing Windows Server environments, including troubleshooting, patching, and automation.Experience with capacity planning, scaling strategies, and availability management in distributed cloud systems.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or automation scripts in Python or PowerShell.Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Octopus Deploy.Proven ability to architect and maintain secure, highly available cloud environments.Experience in managing cloud costs and optimizing usage through FinOps strategies.Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).Benefits:100% Remote.Flexible working arrangements.End of year complimentary time off.No time tracking software or micromanagement of tasks.Comfortable working hours - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
